How We Work – Our Terms Explained
Service Overview
Mind Set Home Tuition provides personalized home tuition services across Chandigarh for students of Class KG to 12 (CBSE, ICSE/ISE, PSEB) in subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, Accounts, Language Courses, NEET/JEE prep, and more.
Eligibility
Students must be enrolled by a parent or guardian if under the age of 18.
Services are available only within the regions covered by our tutors.
Accurate personal and academic information must be provided during inquiry or registration.
Booking & Scheduling
Tuition sessions are scheduled mutually between the tutor and the parent/student.
Minimum commitment may be required for certain exam preparation services (like NEET/JEE).
Any rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Fees & Payment
Tuition fees are discussed and confirmed before classes begin.
Full or partial advance may be required.
No hidden charges will be applied unless additional services are requested.
Refunds will be considered only in specific cases (refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
Tutor Allocation
We aim to assign the best-suited male or female tutor as per the student’s requirements.
Mind Set Home Tuition reserves the right to replace a tutor in case of unsatisfactory performance or on request.
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend sessions on time and complete assigned work.
Disrespectful behavior or lack of discipline may lead to discontinuation of services.
Parent/Tutor Communication
Parents may contact tutors directly for academic feedback.
For any concerns or disputes, Mind Set Home Tuition must be informed immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Mind Set Home Tuition is not liable for any personal disputes or incidents between tutor and student during off-hours.
We are not responsible for academic performance solely based on tuition, as outcomes depend on student efforts.
Code of Conduct
Our tutors are expected to maintain professional behavior and integrity.
Any complaints about misconduct must be reported to us for immediate action.
Termination of Service
Either party may discontinue tuition services with proper notice.
Breach of terms or misuse of services may lead to immediate termination by Mind Set Home Tuition.
